The Aardvark Group is excited to announce a new organisational structure and leadership team, effective March 5, 2024.
The organisational design process involved every member of the team, with the output serving to accelerate the strategic implementation of its global operations, product delivery, and business development.
Following a period of growth, the new structure solidifies accountability and responsibility for the key functional areas of Strategy & Customer, Design and Engineering and Central operations.
Critically, at this key stage in its growth, The Aardvark Group has created the role of Director of Operations to give strength to the delivery of its protected mobility and next generation platforms. The Company is delighted to promote and welcome Tony Shannon into the Leadership team in his new role as Director of Operations.
Tony brings a wealth of operational and engineering knowledge to the role. He has held pivotal delivery and field service-based roles in the military and UK and European blue-chip companies. His focus is on delivery and operational excellence, centred on customer requirements. Tony will drive customer relations based on his military and business expertise. He will ensure that platforms are delivered on time and backed up with critical support, to ensure that equipment is operational and in the hands of the user at all times.
